Self Declaration Form
Self Declaration is Mandatory for all Players, Officials and Helpers who are over 18 years of age from the 1st April.
If this applies to you, please fill the attached form. Click here for form.
Failure to do so will lead to the IOMCA taking disciplinary action against you and/or the Club
Please let the club know once you have completed and sent this form off, so that the Clubs records can be kept up to date.
Insurance
Castletown Cricket Club has 3rd Part Liability Insurance.
It does not have Insurance to cover loss of of earnings of any member who injured whilst playing and consequently suffers loss of earning.
If any member wants or needs this type of cover it is their responsibility to buy such Insurance Cover.
